Our client is combining healthcare with hospitality to provide an exceptional, patient-centered experience. We are looking for a HOD Service Excellence to join their new Service Excellence Department. This role will focus on enhancing patient satisfaction through improved service delivery, personalized care, and seamless hospital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance Patient Experience: Develop and execute strategies to improve patient care, ensuring a compassionate and respectful environment.
• Coordinate Patient Flow: Optimize the patient journey, reducing wait times and ensuring smooth transitions across clinical touchpoints.
• Monitor Service Standards: Assess service delivery, ensuring staff professionalism and adherence to protocols.
• Staff Training: Organize ongoing training programs to develop empathy and communication skills among patient-facing staff.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to integrate service excellence into daily operations.
• Reporting: Track patient experience trends and provide regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Background in healthcare, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience in patient experience or service management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional, patient-first service.
• MBA / MBBS / Pharm-D

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
