Health and Safety Coordinator

Fox Enterprise LLC is committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment for all employees on our construction sites. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Health and Safety Coordinator to support our team and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. The Health and Safety Coordinator will oversee daily safety operations, conduct trainings, and help drive a culture of safety throughout the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, hands-on field presence, and a comprehensive understanding of OSHA and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and enforce company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead and document safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
• Assist in developing and updating safety programs, Job Safety Analysis, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of safety events and potential risks, documenting findings, and implementing corrective solutions.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, state, and local regulations.
• Track and manage safety documentation, certifications, and reports.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
• Collaborate with supervisors and employees to promote a strong safety culture.

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification (current).
• CPR/First Aid Certification (current).
• Either OSHA 510 or NCCER Site Safety Certification (both preferred).
• 3-5 years of construction safety or related field experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with field personnel.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, climb, and move across active construction sites.
• Ability to lift 25–40 pounds as required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
