Job Summary
This role oversees employee relations, talent management, compliance, and HR operations to support a positive workplace culture and ensure organizational goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR strategy, planning, and employee relations
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, performance management, and development
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulatory standards, and audits
  • Partner with hospital leadership to support workforce needs
  • Manage budgets and departmental operations
  • Support organizational culture, engagement, and retention initiatives

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader
  • 4+ years of HR experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
  • Strong background in employee relations and compliance
  • Ability to manage complex staffing and HR operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $111,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year
