We are hiring seasoned leaders experienced in managing large US healthcare processes across RCM, billing, coding, and clinical operations. Candidates should have strong team-handling, process improvement, and client management skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage healthcare delivery teams.

Drive performance, quality, and SLA adherence.

Implement process improvements and automation strategies.

Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights.

Monitor KPIs, create dashboards & performance reports.

Manage client communication, governance calls, and escalations.

Train and mentor team members to enhance capabilities.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership & people management skills.

Understanding of RCM/Billing/Coding workflows.

Expertise in operations reporting, dashboards, and audits.

Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
