As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at navigating the intricacies of healthcare recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health staff.

Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to make informed hiring recommendations.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging healthcare roles to inform recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, preferably within the IS healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity with recruitment software and social media platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
