Healthcare Recruiter

We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter with strong exposure to healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in hiring for hospitals or healthcare organizations.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Admin staff).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with departments.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline for urgent and critical positions.
• Manage selection, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.

Requirements:

• 2- 5 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle volume hiring and meet timelines.
• Experience with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn preferred.
