Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

We are urgently hiring skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our operations team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating Boom Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Backhoes, Excavators, Dozers, or Graders for various construction, earthmoving, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to project requirements.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of the machine.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist in site preparation, leveling, excavation, grading, and material handling.
• Report any equipment faults, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors, engineers, and ground staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an operator of one or more of the following:
• Boom Loader
• Wheel Loader
• Backhoe
• Excavator
• Dozer
• Grader
• Valid operator license / certification (if applicable).
• Good understanding of safety regulations and machine operation standards.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours or in varying site conditions.
• Immediate availability preferred.
