Qualifications


  • Graduate of relevant university departments,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position,
  • Responsible and result-oriented,
  • Proficient in English,
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills,
  • Competent in stress and time management,
  • Preferably knowledgeable about ITIL and/or eager to learn,
  • Knowledge of computer hardware (PC, Monitor, Printer), Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, and MacOS applications,
  • Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.


Responsibilities


  • Handling and resolving end-user support requests received by the Helpdesk team,
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues on end-user computers via remote access,
  • Managing, controlling, and assigning end-user IT equipment inventory,
  • Providing support for Active Directory, File Server, Print Server, Antivirus Server, Google Apps, and Vault Mail systems,
  • Performing installations and providing support for Notebooks, PCs, MacOS, and Mobile Devices,
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, operating systems, mobile devices, and office applications,
  • Providing support for video conferencing systems and applications, and ensuring regular checks,
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues on end-user computers both on-site and via remote access.
