Reports To: Site Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are hiring Helpers to support site teams in various construction activities. The role includes assisting skilled

workers, carrying materials, preparing work areas, cleaning, and performing general labor tasks. This position

is ideal for hardworking individuals who can follow instructions, work safely, and support daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed.
• Carry, load, and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up tools.
• Mix cement, mortar, or other materials under supervision.
• Support basic tasks such as cutting, holding, positioning, or assembling items as instructed.
• Help with site cleaning, debris removal, and general housekeeping.
• Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor and senior workers.
• Operate basic hand tools safely (such as shovels, wheelbarrows, hammers, etc.).
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE as a Helper or in a similar role (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in various conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, and willing to assist in multiple site tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
