Business Analyst (IT) – 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong communication skills and hands-on experience working on 20+ projects. The candidate must be excellent at requirement gathering, documentation, and coordination between clients, developers, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements.
• Prepare SRS, SOW, BRD, FRD, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria.
• Create workflow diagrams, process flows, and wireframes.
• Coordinate with development & QA teams for smooth delivery.
• Participate in sprint meetings, demos, and client discussions.
• Understand SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, and system workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience on 20+ IT projects across multiple domains.
• Strong communication, documentation & problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, and software systems.
• Proficiency with Jira/Trello, Figma/Balsamiq, Visio/Lucidchart, Postman, MS Office.
