Qualification:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in analytical instrumentation, specifically in GCMS, LCMS, ICP MS, IC, and HPLC.

Job Profile:

• Application Support:
• Provide expert-level support for advanced analytical instruments including GCMS, LCMS, ICP MS, IC, and HPLC.
• Responsible for method development and optimization of protocols for our clients.
• Technical Consultation:
• Offer technical expertise to the sales team, assisting in technical discussions with clients to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with both sales and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding of the technical aspects of our products.
• Client Training and Support:
• Train clients on the proper use of instruments and methods.
• Troubleshoot any technical challenges clients may encounter with the equipment and provide solutions for better performance.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new analytical techniques to ensure the organization’s offerings are cutting-edge.
