HR & Admin Executive – Job Description :
- Make sure all hiring targets are completed on time.
- Explain the job role clearly to new employees so they work productively.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters after checking candidate details.
- Track employee attendance and maintain proper records.
- Help in monthly salary processing.
- Arrange training for new joiners and collect feedback from their team leaders.
- Organize performance review meetings as per schedule.
- Monitor all departments to ensure proper manpower usage.
- Safely maintain all employee documents, letters, and reports.
- Handle files and maintain all official records neatly.
- Take care of basic system-related tasks.
- Support billing-related activities.
- Maintain stock and office materials.
- Build and maintain good relationships with employees and visitors.
- Keep the office clean and organized.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Issue memos to employees when needed.
- Provide performance-based appraisals when employees improve.
- Handle office events with enthusiasm.
- Support team stability and smooth functioning.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
