Position: HR Manager
Location: Surat

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Managing end-to-end talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Overseeing performance management systems, goal setting, and feedback loops.
  • Identifying and implementing employee training and development initiatives.
  • Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
  • Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensuring full compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining HR metrics, analytics, and HR dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the existing HR team members.
  • Managing seamless employee transitions (onboarding and offboarding).
