Hiring Lead Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced and creative Lead Interior Designer to manage end-to-end interior design projects, guide the design team, and deliver high-quality residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically aligned design solutions that reflect our brand standards and project goals.

This role requires strong design leadership, hands on project management, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to final execution while working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, material selections, and 3D visual direction.
• Manage the design team, ensuring high-quality output and timely project delivery.
• Meet clients to understand requirements, budgets, and style preferences.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, space plans, and material specifications.
• Oversee site progress, ensuring designs are executed according to plan.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers throughout project phases.
• Ensure all designs follow project timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve design related issues during execution.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, materials, furniture, and finishes.
• Contribute to process improvements and design innovation across the company.

Skills

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of interior design experience; UAE experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial design work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, or similar design software.
• Excellent sense of design, detailing, space planning, and material selection.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and client facing presentation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE suppliers, materials, furniture, and market pricing.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and solve site related issues promptly.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
