Hiring School Teachers

Instructional responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons: Develop and present engaging lessons based on curriculum guidelines, using various methods to cater to different learning styles.
• Create educational content: Prepare and distribute notes, assignments, and other materials.
• Encourage student participation: Foster a classroom environment where students are active and engaged learners.

Assessment and feedback

• Assess student progress: Prepare, administer, and grade quizzes, exams, and other assignments.
• Provide feedback: Offer constructive feedback to students on their work and maintain detailed records of their progress.
• Report on performance: Prepare written or oral reports on student development, progress, and behavior for parents and staff.

Classroom and student management

• Create a positive environment: Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe, respectful, and orderly space.
• Provide individual support: Offer guidance and support to students who are struggling academically or socially.
• Promote well-being: Support the general well-being of students and report any suspicions of neglect or abuse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
