Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages).
Office Management

Monitor and order office supplies.

Assist in planning company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).
Data & Reporting

Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.

Support preparation of regular reports and presentations.
Technology Use

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.

Ability to manage basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
