Communication & Coordination

  • Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally.
  • Greet visitors and guide them to appropriate offices.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Documentation & Filing

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy access.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages).

Office Management

  • Monitor and order office supplies.
  • Assist in planning company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).

Data & Reporting

  • Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.
  • Support preparation of regular reports and presentations.

Technology Use

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
  • Ability to manage basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of office software and administrative processes.
  • Educational requirement: High school diploma or Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred for some roles).
  • Experience: 0–2 years in administrative or office support roles.
