Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with strong coordination experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding).
- Source candidates using Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, referrals, and social media.
- Conduct initial screening, shortlist profiles, and evaluate candidate fitment.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
- Schedule and manage interviews (telephonic, virtual, F2F).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain engagement.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and weekly dashboards.
- Support onboarding activities including documentation, offer letter release, and joining coordination.
- Coordinate with different departments (HR, Operations, Training, Admin) for seamless hiring.
- Manage candidate communication, interview invitations, confirmations, and rescheduling.
- Maintain recruitment SLAs, TAT, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Support HR team in employee documentation, background verification (BGV), and induction activities.
- Maintain HR databases, spreadsheets, and applicant records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/HRMS.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Excellent coordination and follow-up capabilities.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Multitasking and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with HR tools like ATS, HRMS, Excel, Google Sheets.
- Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding, BGV, documentation).
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment & HR Coordination.
- Experience in ITES/Corporate recruitment is an advantage.
