Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter with strong coordination experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding).
  • Source candidates using Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening, shortlist profiles, and evaluate candidate fitment.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
  • Schedule and manage interviews (telephonic, virtual, F2F).
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain engagement.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and weekly dashboards.
  • Support onboarding activities including documentation, offer letter release, and joining coordination.
  • Coordinate with different departments (HR, Operations, Training, Admin) for seamless hiring.
  • Manage candidate communication, interview invitations, confirmations, and rescheduling.
  • Maintain recruitment SLAs, TAT, and ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Support HR team in employee documentation, background verification (BGV), and induction activities.
  • Maintain HR databases, spreadsheets, and applicant records.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/HRMS.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up capabilities.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR tools like ATS, HRMS, Excel, Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of basic HR processes (onboarding, BGV, documentation).

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment & HR Coordination.
  • Experience in ITES/Corporate recruitment is an advantage.
