HOA Condo Attorney

Are you an attorney licensed or soon to be licensed in North Carolina? If so, an established law firm is seeking an attorney with 0 to 3 years’ experience for its Greensboro office. This position will assist homeowner and condominium association clients with a broad range of issues that could include general counsel advice, governing document amendments, covenant and restriction violations, board and annual meeting controversies, resolving neighborhood disputes, and collection of dues and assessments, including bankruptcy questions. The position will also assist with residential real estate closings. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills required, including the ability to speak to audiences.
