The Role
Maple Suites Holiday Homes LLC Operations Manager - Full Time About Maple Suites Holiday Homes: Maple Suites Holiday Homes is a top-tier holiday homes rental company. Job Description: • Responsible for the day-to-day management of providing temporary accommodation for guests, including but not limited to, management of bookings, check-ins, check-outs, customer inquiries or complaints, extensions, or cancellations on company website as well as platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and other platforms. • Arranging all the necessary maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and all kinds of guests’ requests pertaining to their stay. • Corresponding with and supervising the Operations Assistants and reviewing their property inspection reports to ensure all properties are always kept in good conditions, and are well cleaned after each check-out, and ready for the next guest. • Ensuring the compliance of all properties with all regulatory standards (e.g. health and safety standards, licenses, permits, etc.). • Bookkeeping and revenue management of all properties under your account. • Updating the monthly calendar pertaining to availability, housekeeping, maintenance, inspections, or renovation work required for all units. • Continuously monitoring the price competition in the market. • Contribute to client acquisition. • Delivers 100% customer satisfaction consistently by providing the customer with a top-notch experience with their stay. • Performing all other aspects of holiday homes management as deemed necessary by the company’s management. Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Salary range: AED 5,000 – AED 5,500 per month + bonus.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar field. • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the UAE. • Must have very good knowledge of how to use holiday homes management software / reservations management software. • Strong communication skills and organizational skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Exhibits a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. • Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when necessary. • Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus. • Having a UAE Driver’s License is a plus. • Ability to Commute: • Within Dubai (required).
