Job Description:
As a Sales Executive for Home Appliances, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in various markets. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, increasing sales revenue, and enhancing brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling home appliances to retail customers and businesses.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and specifications of all products in our home appliances range.
• Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new customer opportunities.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-store and virtual product demonstrations to educate potential customers and boost product interest.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software and provide regular updates to management.
• Customer Service: Provide after-sales support, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire buying process.
• Promotions and Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns to increase visibility and sales of our products.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the home appliances or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for home appliances and customer satisfaction.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Home Appliances: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Arabic (Preferred)
