Home Health Sales and Marketing Specialist

1st Care Home Health Services, FL has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Associate in the Healthcare sector! We are seeking a marketing professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources in the community and to promote 1st Care Home Health Services. This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, results driven, and able to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals for home health by building relationships with Hospitals, Physicians, Long term care, Independent and Assisted living facilities and other community resources
• Plan and execute campaigns and events, develop sales strategies and goals
• Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
• Create online and offline marketing content
• Conduct sales calls and support business development activities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referral sources

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience In health care is required
• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study or related experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proven track record of successful marketing/sales
• The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community
• Self-starter, goal oriented, positive attitude, leadership skills, teamwork skills
