We are seeking an energetic, target-driven HORECA Sales Executive with strong experience in the chocolate or confectionery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth in the HORECA sector. This role requires excellent networking ability, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, source, and acquire new HORECA customers to expand market reach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, chefs, food and beverage (F&B) managers, and procurement teams.

Promote the company’s chocolate and confectionery products across HORECA channels.

Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product samplings, and promotional activities.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deals to achieve sales targets.

Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Production) to ensure smooth order execution.

Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2–5 years of HORECA or Key Accounts sales experience, preferably in the chocolate, confectionery, or FMCG food industry.

Strong understanding of HORECA operations and decision-making processes.

Proven ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and grow accounts.

Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
