Job Title: Horse Handler / Customer Service AssistantLocation: Abu Dhabi – Sanam StableWorking Hours: Morning & Evening Shifts

Job Purpose

To provide excellent horse care and professional customer service, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities1. Horse Handling

• Daily grooming: brushing, washing, mane and tail care.
• Checking horses for wounds, allergies, or skin issues.
• Preparing horses for rides (saddle, bridle, equipment).
• Assisting customers when mounting and dismounting.
• Leading horses during beach rides or pony walks.
• Ensuring the safety of horses and customers during all activities.

2. Customer Service

• Welcoming customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Explaining basic riding instructions and safety rules.
• Assisting children and families during activities.
• Answering customer questions and providing support during the ride.
• Representing Sanam Stable in a professional and respectful manner.

3. Cleaning & Organization

• Cleaning horse boxes daily.
• Maintaining cleanliness of all equipment and riding areas.
• Ensuring water and feed are available for each horse throughout the day.
• Organizing saddles, bridles, and stable tools after each use.

4. Safety & Reporting

• Following all horse safety guidelines and stable rules.
• Reporting any injury, unusual behavior, or health issue immediately.
• Ensuring customer safety during all horse activities.

Required Skills

• Must love horses and be comfortable handling them.
• Experience with horses (preferred but not required).
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Good communication skills with customers and children.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.

Personal Qualities

• Friendly and respectful.
• Patient with horses and children.
• Clean, organized, and responsible.
• Good behavior and discipline.

Notes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
