Location: Rawalpindi
Salary: Up to 100K (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Horticulturist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plant care, landscape management, and sustainable gardening practices. This role involves planning, maintaining, and enhancing green spaces while ensuring optimal plant health and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement horticultural plans for gardens, parks, and landscapes.
• Oversee the cultivation, planting, and maintenance of flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants.
• Monitor plant health and diagnose diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Recommend and apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments.
• Manage irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules.
• Provide guidance on sustainable landscaping and eco-friendly gardening techniques.
• Supervise and train gardening staff as needed.
• Collaborate with architects, landscapers, and environmental specialists on projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and research in horticulture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in horticulture, landscaping, or plant care.
• Strong knowledge of plant species, soil management, and pest control.
• Ability to design and execute landscaping projects.
• Proficiency in irrigation and fertilization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Passion for plants and environmental sustainability.
