Job Specification:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Hospital Liaison to join our team. The Hospital Liaison plays a critical role in facilitating communication and collaboration between our hospital and external healthcare providers, community organizations, and patients. Hospital Liaison Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external healthcare providers referring patients to our nursing home
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Coordinate patient transfers and admissions to our hospital, ensuring a smooth transition of care
• Educate external stakeholders about our services, specialties, and admission criteria
• Conduct outreach activities to promote our programs and services to the community
• Gather and analyze data on referral patterns, patient demographics, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal departments to address patient needs and concerns

Hospital Liaison Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• With experience in Skilled Nursing Facility
• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement policies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
