Hospitality: Cleaning Crew & Maintenance

#StayHere – Exclusive Experience Hosts (a vacation real estate management company operating a 40% room-fee commission and serving ONLY 02558) is seeking a reliable, self-motivated team member for cleaning, maintenance, and guest experience operations.

This position is located at The Onset Beach Compound – Cape Cod Beach Resort & Oceanic Habitat, maintaining the cottages, supporting guests, and completing property changeovers after check-outs.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Shows up on time, every time
• Takes pride in their work
• Communicates well and works well independently
• Is comfortable with both indoor cleaning and outdoor physical tasks
• Has a flexible schedule and can work weekends when needed

This is not a fixed weekly schedule. Hours will vary (30–40/wk) depending on changeovers, projects, weather, and property needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Strip and make beds
• Keep up with laundry
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, mop, restock
• Maintain organized, guest-ready cottages
• Outdoor property care: blowing off walkways, weeding, raking the beach, lawn care, organizing storage lockers, tidying equipment
• Support special projects: cleaning hot tub, posting signage, painting, building guest experiences
• Light repairs (we train you): minor fixes, tightening hardware, patching holes, basic tools, fixing kayaks/furniture when needed
• Report issues immediately and ensure guest areas stay safe and clean

Experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right person who is reliable and willing to learn.

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, variable Mon–Sun depending on bookings

$18–$20/hr based on reliability, performance, and trainability
