• Design professional that has 5-7 years’ experience designing hotels for major hotel brands, including, but not limited to IHG, Hilton, Marriott, Choice etc...
• Must have proven work experience designing projects for the various hotel brands on prototype and custom projects and be knowledgeable of the brand submittal process.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, presentation and rendering software (such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop).
• Must be proficient in putting together design development packages, as well as construction documents.
• Be able to make FFE selections and write FFE specifications.
• Must have exemplary communication skills,
• Must be a motivated go - getter and well-disciplined to manage time effectively to make tight deadlines.
• Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. Full time is preferred. Candidate should reside in USA.

Summary

As a Hospitality Interior Designer-Independent Contractor, you will be responsible for creating prototypical interior design packages for the various hotel brands as well as creating innovative and functional custom designed interior spaces for our clients that want to stand part from the rest. You must have previous experience working with the hotel brands, utilizing their design websites and submittal portals, understand the design process, strong construction documentation skills to effectively communicate the design intent to ensure a flawless set of drawings. Your expertise in communication will ensure effective collaboration with clients, ownership, and brand representatives. With a strong focus on enhancing guest experiences, your role will significantly contribute to the aesthetic and operational success of hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for hospitality spaces while aligning with brand standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed design documentation.
• Be able to develop overall design concepts, color schemes and select contract grade FFE that enhance the aesthetic appeal of hotel interiors as well as do brand prototype design packages.
• Must be well versed in how to navigate the various hotel brand design websites and brand submittal portals.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to provide cutting-edge design solutions.
