Hotel Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hotel Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining facilities and equipment, ensuring everything operates smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize tools diagnostics and repairs.
• Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards of facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Preventative Maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• on call for weekends. Will only call in if loss of money and a room needs fixed to rent.
• Pool testing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to self motivate.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
