Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all hotel departments
- Implement and maintain luxury hotel quality standards
- Coordinate activities between departments for a seamless guest experience
Guest Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalised service
- Manage guest feedback and complaints efficiently
- Greet VIP guests and handle special requests
Financial Performance
- Develop and monitor budgets in collaboration with senior management
- Optimise revenues and control operating costs
- Implement strategies to increase occupancy and RevPAR
Food & Beverage Management
- Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring profitability, hygiene, and quality standards
- Develop innovative concepts and menus to enhance guest experience
- Manage F&B budgets, costs, and supplier relationships
Quality Assurance
- Conduct daily hotel inspections and provide written reports
- Establish and oversee maintenance and deep cleaning plans
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff across all departments
- Foster a culture of excellence and guest-centric service
- Conduct performance assessments for department heads and their teams
Strategic Development
- Contribute to the hotel's commercial and marketing strategies
- Develop local and international partnerships to increase brand awareness
- Anticipate market trends and adapt services to maintain competitiveness
General Management
- Manage routine operations in the absence of the General Manager
- Ensure effective communication and decision-making across all departments
- Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of hotel operations
