Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all hotel departments
  • Implement and maintain luxury hotel quality standards
  • Coordinate activities between departments for a seamless guest experience

Guest Experience

  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalised service
  • Manage guest feedback and complaints efficiently
  • Greet VIP guests and handle special requests

Financial Performance

  • Develop and monitor budgets in collaboration with senior management
  • Optimise revenues and control operating costs
  • Implement strategies to increase occupancy and RevPAR

Food & Beverage Management

  • Oversee all F&B outlets, ensuring profitability, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Develop innovative concepts and menus to enhance guest experience
  • Manage F&B budgets, costs, and supplier relationships

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct daily hotel inspections and provide written reports
  • Establish and oversee maintenance and deep cleaning plans
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff across all departments
  • Foster a culture of excellence and guest-centric service
  • Conduct performance assessments for department heads and their teams

Strategic Development

  • Contribute to the hotel's commercial and marketing strategies
  • Develop local and international partnerships to increase brand awareness
  • Anticipate market trends and adapt services to maintain competitiveness

General Management

  • Manage routine operations in the absence of the General Manager
  • Ensure effective communication and decision-making across all departments
  • Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of hotel operations
