• -Head Coach (teaching one to two class periods) would require a Utah Educator License.

West Jordan High School is seeking an experienced, passionate, and student-centered Head Football Coach to lead a highly competitive, tradition-rich, education-based football program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to sustaining a winning culture grounded in a positive team environment, integrity, hard work, individual accountability, personal character, and comprehensive player development.

Primary Purpose:
The Head Football Coach is responsible for supporting the academic, athletic, and personal growth of football student-athletes. This role will provide high-quality instruction, leadership, and mentorship to help athletes develop strong football fundamentals, a structured offseason strength and conditioning program, discipline, and an academic foundation that remains central to the program’s success. This role includes cultivating a positive community relationship, overseeing a fiscally responsible budget, and implementing a fundraising plan to ensure program needs are met. Adherence to Jordan School District and UHSAA policies and professionalism in representing West Jordan High School are imperative.
