  • Proven experience in managing VIP private households.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity or household management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with employers, staff, and external vendors.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll coordination, inventory management, and household budgeting.
  • Skilled in staff supervision and training, ensuring adherence to high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
  • Experience in managing household operations, including maintenance, procurement, event preparation, and daily routines.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to handle urgent tasks and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing workload effectively.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the household.
