House Supervisor - Behavioral Health

Position: Behavioral Health - House Supervisor (Day Shift)
Location: Center for Behavioral Medicine - Knoxville

Knoxville Center of Behavioral Medicine is seeking a caring and capable House Supervisor to support our nursing team and ensure safe, high-quality care for our patients. If you’re a natural leader with a heart for behavioral health, we’d love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Oversee patient care and nursing operations during your shift

• Respond to high-risk or complex patient needs

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources

• Support and guide nursing staff through coaching and training

• Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance

• Act as the on-site leader for clinical and administrative needs

What You’ll Bring

• RN license (TN) & BLS certification required

• Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred

• Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus

• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

• BSN preferred, not required
