Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel/cafe standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, towels, and amenities.
- Replenish supplies (soap, toiletries, minibar, etc.) as required.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items.
- Ensure public areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Respond promptly to guest requests or special requirements.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper condition.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Physically fit, able to lift and move objects, and stand for long periods.
- Good communication skills.
Work Hours:
- Shifts may vary including weekends and public holidays.
