Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign duties to room attendants and other staff.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service corridors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

Check all checkout and occupied rooms to verify quality and readiness.

Report maintenance defects and coordinate prompt resolution with the engineering team.

Monitor service areas, store rooms, and ensure proper organization of supplies and equipment.

Plan and oversee periodic deep cleaning projects and special housekeeping tasks.

Manage stock control, track inventory levels, and ensure proper use of chemicals and materials.

Train and guide housekeeping team members to deliver consistent and efficient service.

Ensure all housekeeping procedures align with Accor brand standards and safety protocols.

Maintain positive communication within the team and with other hotel departments.

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and ensure follow-up for guest satisfaction.

Support the implementation of eco-friendly cleaning practices and sustainability initiatives.
