We are seeking a highly skilled HQ Network/IPT Support professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of network management, IPT systems, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure optimal performance and support for our infrastructure.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Role: HQ Network/IPT Support

Salary - 15000 AED + Benefits

Experience - 8+ years

What You'll Do:

• Manage and monitor network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IPT system issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
• Conduct regular assessments of network performance metrics.
• ️ Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices in network management.
• Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
• Day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting for site network and voice systems
• First-line support for router, switch, Wi-Fi, IPT and SBC issues
• Implement approved changes, patching, network health checks
• Inventory updates and configuration archiving
