Role Summary:
The HR Admin will support the human resources and crewing functions of the shipping company by managing employee records, assisting with crew documentation, coordinating joining formalities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HR & crew records, certificates, and personal files.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and contract preparation.
  • Handle HR administration tasks such as drafting letters, maintaining HRMIS entries, and updating internal databases.
  • Liaise with manning agents, training institutes, and statutory bodies as required.
  • Assist in office administration tasks including vendor coordination and general support activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of HR/administration experience (marine background preferred).
  • Knowledge of crew documentation, STCW requirements, or shipping industry processes is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
