This role primarily involves supporting administrative activities while working closely with the HR Ops team on onboarding, coordination, and documentation as needed. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, timely task execution, and a well-organized employee experience.
What you will do:

Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.

Manage employee transportation requirements.

Handle ID card applications, issuance, and follow-ups.

Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

Maintain employee databases and update HRMS records.

Work with the HR Ops team on offer releases and documentation.

Support internal teams with HR-related coordination.

Prepare reports, maintain trackers, and manage HR documentation.

Take on additional tasks for exposure and learning across HR functions.
What we are looking for:

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, proactive approach.

Basic knowledge of HR concepts.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management, or related field (completed or pursuing).

Must have completed HR-related courses/certifications.

1-2 years of relevant experience
