- Get directions from the Management about the new positions, contribute actively in planning the recruitment cycle of such new requirements and implement them.
- Maintain a database
- Publish jobs ads and coordinate with recruitment agencies for recruitment
- Conducting interviews of candidates and maintaining database and reports of each candidate
- Conducting background/ reference checks
- Preparing HR documents such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, etc
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records such as their Interview forms, DOJ, Leaves Summary, Performance Appraisal, etc and updating internal HR databases
- Gather payroll data, investigate, and calculate payroll and hand it over to Accounts Department
- Conduct quarterly employee performance interviews and appraisals
- Liaise with external partners such as stationary shops, graphic designers, recruitment agencies
- Induction of candidate upon recruitment
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
- Preparing regular administrative reports
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Supervise all correspondences – inward and outward- its storage, distribution, and response except legal
