The HR & Admin Executive will support the HR Manager in overseeing all human resource and administrative functions at the factory. The role is responsible for managing site-level HR documentation, staff welfare, attendance, payroll coordination, and administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies. This position serves as the key link between the factory and the Head Office HR & Accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities;

Human Resources

  • Maintain up-to-date records of employees’ personal, visa, Emirates ID, insurance, and attendance details.
  • Collect, verify, and forward daily attendance and overtime data to Head Office for payroll processing.
  • Support recruitment of factory personnel (welders, fabricators, helpers, supervisors, drivers, etc.) — screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewals, and end-of-service settlements in line with UAE Labour Law.
  • Coordinate medical tests, visa renewals, and labour card applications with the PRO and Head Office.
  • Track leave schedules, travel arrangements, and ticket entitlements.
  • Maintain discipline, handle minor grievances, and report escalations to the HR Manager.
  • Assist in performance monitoring and training coordination as directed by Head Office.

Administration

  • Supervise accommodation, housekeeping, transport, and canteen facilities for factory employees.
  • Ensure company vehicles are insured, registered, and maintained as per schedule.
  • Maintain stock of PPE, uniforms, stationery, and general consumables.
  • Process petty cash transactions and prepare monthly admin expense reports for Head Office approval.
  • Coordinate purchase requests, vendor quotations, and procurement for factory requirements.
  • Liaise with government departments and service providers through the company PRO as instructed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in HR & Administration within a manufacturing / steel fabrication / industrial setup in the UAE.
  • Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and the Wage Protection System (WPS).
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, HRMS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
