Location - Gurugram, Haryana

Salary - 25k - 30k

Job Description:

 Oversee daily office operations.

 Assisting staff, scheduling meetings, interacting with vendors & different stakeholders etc.

 Keeping updated records of costs & revenues (daily, monthly and quarterly).

 Receiving payments from clients, tracking & updating all transactions.

 Arranging for regular maintenance services.

 Maintaining staff records, including leaves, salaries & working schedules.

 Talent acquisitions and assist in hiring process.

 Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.

 Working closely with different teams in order to ensure smooth operations.

 Excellent proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Powerpoint & Excel).

Requirements:

 Degree in Bachelors/ Masters in Administration, Operations or related work.

 Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field.

 Basic bookkeeping knowledge.

 Possess understanding of administrative work.

 Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks at hand.

 Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with vendors & different stakeholders.

 Ability to work in startup environment.

 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

 Ability to handle customers’ requests & complaints with grace.
