Job Description:
Oversee daily office operations.
Assisting staff, scheduling meetings, interacting with vendors & different stakeholders etc.
Keeping updated records of costs & revenues (daily, monthly and quarterly).
Receiving payments from clients, tracking & updating all transactions.
Arranging for regular maintenance services.
Maintaining staff records, including leaves, salaries & working schedules.
Talent acquisitions and assist in hiring process.
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
Working closely with different teams in order to ensure smooth operations.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Powerpoint & Excel).
Requirements:
Degree in Bachelors/ Masters in Administration, Operations or related work.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
Possess understanding of administrative work.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks at hand.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with vendors & different stakeholders.
Ability to work in startup environment.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to handle customers’ requests & complaints with grace.
