- Assisting with preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Creating job descriptions for required manpower, advertising them to get best candidates and handling the employment process.
- Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR activities
- Managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- On boarding new employees, including conducting orientation and providing necessary training.
