We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive who can handle an equal mix of HR tasks and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to support smooth daily operations.

HR Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist with onboarding and exit processes.
  • Help with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare basic HR letters and official documents.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Admin Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations smoothly.
  • Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and support facility-related tasks.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier.
  • Support management with routine operational tasks.
  • Ensure proper functioning of all administrative activities.

· Manage and update the company’s website/e-commerce portal as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Basic understanding of HR and administrative work.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Freshers or candidates with some experience can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
