We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive who can handle an equal mix of HR tasks and administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to support smooth daily operations.
HR Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding and exit processes.
- Help with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Prepare basic HR letters and official documents.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Admin Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations smoothly.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office cleanliness and support facility-related tasks.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier.
- Support management with routine operational tasks.
- Ensure proper functioning of all administrative activities.
· Manage and update the company’s website/e-commerce portal as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Basic understanding of HR and administrative work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Freshers or candidates with some experience can apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
