Increase Rev, a leading AdTech company, is seeking an HR & Admin Officer to support daily HR functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and at least one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and record management.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure accuracy of HR documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as office coordination, supplies management, and routine communication.
  • Support payroll preparation including attendance verification, leave updates, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with departments to facilitate routine tasks and follow-ups.
  • Support employee engagement activities and help maintain a smooth office environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and responsible in completing assigned tasks.
  • Must be available full-time from 12 PM – 8 PM.
