Role Responsibilities (HR – Admin & Sales):

Student Counselling & B2C Interaction

– Explain courses, guide students, and help them select the right program.

Sales Coordination (Not door-to-door)

– Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and assist in admissions.

Team Management

– Coordinate with counsellors, trainers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.

Operations Management

– Oversee daily center functioning, class scheduling, faculty coordination, and student management.

Placement Coordination

– Maintain communication with trained candidates and ensure smooth placement processes.

Documentation & Reporting

– Maintain admission records, attendance, student files, and daily/weekly MIS reports.

Training & Support

– Assist in onboarding new students, orient them, and support them throughout the course.

Customer Service

– Address student issues, resolve queries, and maintain a positive student experience.

Location Criteria (Important):
Only candidates from Nagpur, Maharashtra should apply.
