Job Overview:

Do you have some experience in the field of aviation and travel? Spring City Aviation is seeking a self motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our management team. This is a full-time position.

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Knowledge of the field of aviation is a plus

- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities

- Experience in recording and tracking financial transactions

Duties:

- Input and update information in spreadsheets and databases

- Draft and edit reports, letters, and other documents

- Maintain physical and digital filing systems

-Manage front desk and reception area. Greet and direct customers appropriately.

-Support HR functions

- Assist with payroll processing

-Conduct internal audits and develop systems to improve administrative accuracy and efficiency

- Manage calendars and coordinate appointments

- Schedule appointments and meetings for management team

- Assist with preparing reports and documents

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
