Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment processes – job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Support in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluation processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations, MS Office, and documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Freshers are welcome — training will be provided
  • Experienced candidates in HR are preferred for senior roles
