HR Analytics
(On Contractual)
A role focused on providing data management, analysis, and administrative support.
Salary: upto 5.5 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Handling & Analysis:

Manage end-to-end data.

Collect, validate, and consolidate data to generate insights and trends

Prepare and maintain dashboards, trackers, and periodic MIS reports
-
Support compliance and audit requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and records

Partner with internal SPOCs for periodic updating, reporting and analysis.

Manage administrative processes including travel planning for the team (tickets, visa documentation etc.)

Manage and track related payments (invoices) to external and internal stakeholders, budget tracking, and reporting
-
Provide end-to-end operational support for program logistics such as scheduling, vendor coordination, participant communication, documentation, feedback collection and analysis etc.
Qualifications & Skills:

BMS/BBA/BBM/Diploma in HR, Data Management, or any other equivalent degree

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

Familiarity with HR systems and data management tools (like Tableau etc.)
