Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Location: Hiranandani, Powai.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in designing HR policies, performance management, and appraisal systems.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Conduct training and development programs as per company needs.
Administration:
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage vendor relations, office supplies, and facilities.
- Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and documentation.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration/Business Management (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
