Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Hiranandani, Powai.

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Assist in designing HR policies, performance management, and appraisal systems.
  • Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
  • Conduct training and development programs as per company needs.

Administration:

  • Oversee office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Manage vendor relations, office supplies, and facilities.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and documentation.
  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration/Business Management (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR & Admin roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
