This is a temporary assignment for at least 3 months. Depending on business needs and performance, there may be an opportunity for extension or conversion to a full-time role, but this is not guaranteed.
This role will focus on:
As the HR & People Operations Coordinator, you play a vital role in supporting the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to day-to-day HR operations and offboarding. You bring precision, empathy, and reliability to every process, ensuring that colleagues experience a consistent, high-quality interaction with HR at every stage of their journey.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll help the HR team deliver seamless and compliant operations across the Americas Division. Your work supports critical HR processes such as data management, onboarding logistics, HR systems accuracy, policy administration, and colleague communications.

Whether preparing an offer letter, coordinating onboarding, processing a change in ADP, or assisting with engagement initiatives — your focus is on accuracy, responsiveness, and creating a positive experience for every colleague.

Physical and ADA Requirements
This position offers an hourly salary range of $28-35 USD. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed. For roles based outside Massachusetts, the applicable salary range may be lower.
This is a temporary hourly role expected to last a minimum of 3 months. Extensions or full-time opportunities may be considered based on business need, budgeting, and performance during the assignment. Candidates should be comfortable with a temporary arrangement while also knowing their work will be impactful and visible across the HR function.
