- Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases
- Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
- Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
- Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Experience :
- Prior experience in an HR or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment, is often required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) software are essential.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
